North Maclean Family Vet

A lovely friendly and efficient vet practise. Puppy school was very informative and a great way to help my pup enjoy not fear her vet visits.

I have been a client of North Maclean Family Vet since they opened and they are by far the best vets in the area. Dr Kylie, Dr Erica, Tiffany, Madeline, Kristy and Isabella are wonderful and caring and always happy to fit us in when an inevitable emergency arises.

We had such a positive experience at North Maclean Family Vet. Our boy was well looked after and was actually quite happy to be left with nurse Brooke (I hope I have the name right). The surgery sent me a text of Teddy being cuddled and followed up with a call post surgery along with booked appts for 3,10 days out. Not only were they an affordable practice that did thorough checks prior and post surgery, all staff went over and above to ensure our family had a positive experience. Would absolutely recommend this Vet.

*Edited to add after Vet's reply: WRITTEN QUOTE was for <>$400 for tick clip, nail trim, sedative. TWICE verbally confirmed Tick Clip" was a #40 blade. Even Saturday last it was reiterated to be a #40

Great experience having a booked surgery for my mini dachshund. Easy phone consult to discuss planning and all questions I had. Kept me up to date with how his surgery went. Lovely team and very welcoming ☺️

I prefer a more holistic approach to my pet health. Dr Erica suggested looking at finding the cause of my dogs diarrhoea, and did some testing and an ultrasound, where I can now use this information to keep him well in the future with his food allergies.

I have a service dog and wouldn't trust anyone with him except North Maclean Family vet. The staff are amazing and they go above and beyond in all they do from fitting you in as soon as possible to making sure Olivers nails are trimmed, every time I visit. The surgery is always welcoming and is clean and well stocked. From the receptionist to the nurses to the wonderful vets, all greet myself and Oliver with respect and love.Oliver loves all the attention, and I always feel I am listened to and guided with great advice.What is also important is the price, in these times where we are all conscious of our budgets NMFV are fair with their prices and genuinely care.
