Christmas World at Belrose

Very handy to get to with plenty of parking. Great selection of items, lights,decorations & live fresh cut or potted xmas trees.

I've spent over $1000 at this store. The lights are super expensive and the quality is terrible. Net lights that cost $360 each with one set lasting a week and the second set has randomly lost all the red lights. Firecracker lights that fail after a few weeks.The staff aren't exactly friendly either and they are obviously a pop up store that is hell bent on making money for a few weeks then shutting down.Plenty of better Christmas light stores around. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Coming here to terrey hills for ~6 years to buy a real Xmas tree. Every year the trees get shorter and the price gets higher. I keep the tags in my garage so, unlike the boiled frog, I can see the incremental increase in my pain.This year was the final straw. $400 for a 7 foot tree, $200 for a 6ft 3” tree.There’s a reason why these people don’t advertise their prices: they are arbitrary. Price chart behind the counter shows much lower prices. Spoke to two of the more senior staff members who, to the disbelief of me and a couple of other customers, denies prices have gone up. My fault for going there on a Saturday morning and looking ripe for a fleecing.Should have walked away but by the time you’re made the trek there you are invested. They know this.Next year I may as well use Elf Help. Bigger tree, same price and they will deliver. And I won’t have to give these chancers my money.

Great fresh Christmas trees. The best in Sydney. It gets super busy so make sure to go early.

Big choice of various Christmas items. None are cheap enough to make this a must visit location but you will find some interesting goodies.

DO NOT SHOP HERE.DO NOT BUY anything mechanical.Very expensive, but cheap and nasty products. The WORST customer service I have ever received. I tried to take back a product that was clearly faulty and at the very least not fit for purpose and the service assistant refused to accept the issue. She told me that the inflatable reindeer that sounded like a tractor was as expected, no fault in the motor, she has one herself and I should just deal with it. I had to push and push to speak to management, all the time I was in the line making a scene in a busy store. Then management, that the shop assistant had told me where offsite suddenly appeared, he plugged in the reindeer and agreed it was faulty offering a replacement, whilst offering no apology for the product or his staff lying to me. I demanded a refund, and in the end received one as the manager had admitted the product was faulty.I also learnt whilst I was there other folks who tried to return items had been turned away.Terrible business, trying to get away with all they can over the Christmas period…shame on you.

Loads of Christmas decorations, fresh live Christmas trees shipped in from Victoria which are well-formed and top quality, attentive customer service. Recommended.

Was there on Sunday, and was really disappointed at how crappie the quality was, yet expensive. This is definitely a quantity over quality kind of store.It didn't help the shopping experience with two chainsaws at the entrance to the tent so all you could hear was chainsaws running the whole time.

The lights were properly packed but opened put in a cardboard box by their own staff. Just wow - I have been shopping with them from past 3 years on average $800 worth of lights every year but she won’t replace the one under warranty !!Pathetic !! Rude and just unbelievable.Please all friends and family who I recommend refrain from going to this store. I will share all this on Facebook and other review platforms.1300 number doesn’t work, the lady at Belrose store putting staff on FaceTime and threatening poor staff at Christmas that they don’t have job for replacing the lights !!!WOW !! Just WOW !!
