Only go to these guys if you want half a job done on your tray. Terrible customer service. Damaged my dual battery charger by just cutting the cables. Wrecked the rear sensors and tried to fix, unsuccessful so blamed me despite photo evidence of sensors functioning at drop off.

The team at MW just completed the first stage of our LC79. I could not fault them from start to finish. Aegean made sure no detail was missed and was happy to walk us through step by step each stage of the upgrades. The quality of the works completed were A+ even for the final walk through.I am so happy I chose MW to complete these works and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

I do not recommend this business. They fitted my parts still dusty from storage, tried to fit the incorrect part in the hopes that I wouldn't notice & failed to measure before drilling my rear view camera mount into my trundle drawer leaving the camera off-centre, difficult to rely on & needing to be redrilled/mounted for a third time.Had to drive over an hour each way just for them to fix their mistakes. Still waiting on a fair resolution for the off-centre rear camera mount.Regretting giving them my money.

Have a tray and canopy and I can't fault it , there after sales service is just as good as there product absolute 10 out of 10 to the whole crew at MW.

By far one of the cheapest manufacturers of custom build canopies around and the quality of their design and fabrication is mostly good but not great. Excellent value if their product flaws won't affect you. My recently received custom canopy comes with doors that don't have a hope of sealing against dust. The rubbers top and bottom are decorative only with huge gaps due to a flawed design tolerance. I was specifically assured that dust resistance would be good before purchasing but I will now have to come up with a solution as this will be a huge unacceptable problem for me, but maybe not for you.I paid extra for my windows to come with security mesh however the highly visible back window mesh was cut from a warped and distorted section of diamond grille and just visibly looks all crooked and a reject product. This poor attention to detail hurts my eyes every time I look at it, but maybe not for you.I have had to also silicone seal all of the lower section joins that haven't been bead welded for dust but otherwise the rest of the product is pretty good. I don't expect any water ingress issues but dust will be a massive problem.Unlike their display stock, mine did not come with their visible 'MW' badging for publicity and promotion. Perhaps this was intentional, happy to sell at their premium custom price but not happy enough to badge with pride as one of their own out in public.So close to having an excellent great value product but falls short on a few big hitter items for me.

I rarely leave negative reviews but feel the customer service of MW Coopers Plains could drastically be improved. I was given a faulty product & I understand these things happen. But what I didn't appreciate was Dereks lack of care, empathy or motivation to fix the problem.No apology whatsoever.Nonetheless he did give an email stating we could return the product & he would exchange the product for the upgraded model ($299 difference that he would cover if we returned the item & saved him the freight charge).So we drove the 13hour return trip to deliver the faulty product back to Brisbane only to have his offer recinded.He went back on his word & increased the price of the tents.I know the ACCC & fair trading would have helped me but I didn't want to waste my time as I don't want his brand of tent on my car.I wouldn't recommend motop tents.I went with another branded tent owned by a company that cares about quality & their customer service was friendly & helpful.

Coming from small toolboxes to this big 79 setup, I must say I am very impressed with works these guys produce. From sales to product quality it is above and beyond my expectation. The guys at coopers plains shop are very patient with all my questions, and the fact that works get done much quicker than other canopy builders is definitely a bonus point for me. 5 start from very happy customer!

Went to MW for a custom tray and they messed up several times so had to take it back over and over to get what I paid for. Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and go back to them for my canopy. Horrific customer service and yet again forgot to add the rubber and alarms. Very disappointed both times and will not be returning!
