Kudos to Kennards for having human beings answer the phone and not being spoken at for five minutes by pre recorded garbage nobody’s interested in only to be then prompted several times to select this and that.A huge bonus to this was I didn’t have to endure the usual, repetitive and dishonest catch cry of many companies and govt. depts. “we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes” and “if you’ve had a sore throat anytime since 1986, encountered anyone clearing their throat on tv, please call 000 and don’t come here” etc.I digress. All four staff members I dealt with were helpful, genuine, knowledgeable and made me feel like things were as easy as they should be for such a straightforward process.Picking and collecting the item went like clockwork as they were perfectly organized and just genuinely nice people to deal with. They’re proof that a company’s most important resource is people.The whole process for me was seamless and the item I hired was perfect for the job as it was it first rate condition.Top notch experience Kennards - thank you.

I hired a pole saw that cost me $130.00 I couldn’t use it as the chain kept coming off when I returned it to Kennards I was told they would not refund me because it was working when they hired it out. I will not be using them again or recommending them to anyone else. NOT HAPPY poor customer service

Both Chris and Paul were fantastic in their customer service. Friendly with a can do approach, so would highly recommend them.

Enquiring phone calls answered all my questions and when I went to pick up the machine the staff were polite and helpful, had the machine loaded on my ute and I was on my way to work in a matter of minutes.My praise for the staff at Joondalup could not have been higher.
