Roy was great with info, but besides that, we were constantly left in the dark with updates and information. Albeit understandably it was a waiting game to hear info from the developers - it was still upsetting to not hear anything.Also, generally when people buy homes (especially first home buyers), most real estates have surprised the buyers with a bottle of champagne or hamper as a congratulations. All we got was a phone call.

Montaine Park Development - length delays and terrible communication. I have spoken to several other owners who have purchased the same project and we are all being told different reasons for the delays.
