Really good service and extremely helpful. They were more than happy to help out a beginner pick colours and explain how the different paints worked. The only thing I didn't like was the ability to just browse it doesn't exist, they will help you heaps, but just looking and browsing isn't a thing.

Top team very helpful but the stock could have done with some more diverse models from different armies and it would be great to be able to buy items like air brushes and compressors from this location

The staff are extremely friendly. And even though this is further away than other stores in my area, I happily come here for friendly advice and assistance to the hobby. I will always come back and make as many purchases here as I can just to support the staff because I always feel welcome here.

What fantastic experience we always have when visiting Warhammer Belconnen. My son is crazy for all things Warhammer, and Mat, Shaun, Nathan, Eliot and Tim and all of the staff are always there with patience and good humour to help him out. Friday night battles are his favourite but he will make any excuse just to visit. So much love!Just recently we went in to buy something which he had been saving for, for months. It wasn’t in stock! I know - I should have checked. Mat helped out organising a deal which he could take home was way better value, even offering to let him pay it off over time. Unnecessary, but a great indicator of how committed and caring they are to their customers.
