Start with the director! So rude and not proffecionly trained at all ! Can not perform simple interview! Not healthy environment and not recommended to apply for any position in the centre! Which is the shame as the facilities are great! Note! Anyone can enter the centre ! The gates are open@°

When I would pick my daughter up she was visibly distressed. She refused to eat and would cry herself to sleep. The centre didn’t offer any help and simply put it down to my daughter having separation anxiety. I asked if I could attend for a few more orientations with my daughter however the centre wouldn’t allow that. I didn’t know what to do and was considering quitting my job.One of the biggest red flags was not being called when my daughter was refusing to eat or take a bottle. My daughter usually loves her food but that day she had gone without anything to eat or drink for 8 hours. I specifically asked if the centre could call me if she wasn’t settling.Another red flag was hearing an educator in another room screaming at the children (it was loud even two rooms down).The best thing we did was change daycares. The new daycare suggested that we do a longer orientation. Within a couple of weeks she was settled and now she loves daycare.

This is the worst childcare my daughter has ever been and I have worked in a short time.my daughter was upset and crying all the time when she just started this center, the nursery room leader always said putting her down on the floor and didn't want give her a cuddle. The room leader was rude and not supportive.The last day I sent my daughter to the center, the room leader and the associate director both stood back and refused to give my baby a cuddle, I said: Can anybody hold my daughter

So happy to enrol my son here, he was happy from Day 1 (easy drop off!), and he never used to like daycare!

Poor leadership, management and accountability for safety of kids. Experienced 4 new child care teachers for my son in his 4 months stay there. Had 2 horrible instances of him being hit by another child, where we observed no action plan by the management to make the environment safe!

We are so impressed with the staff at Precious Cargo. Our daughter has been happy since the day she started. Every staff member appears to know who she is and welcomes her each morning. The fees are very reasonable, yet the facility seems so much nicer than anything else we viewed. It has big rooms for each of the age groups, all very clean with lots of activities and also a huge outdoor space, music room and dining room. We also really liked that with the last policy change letter we received, the changes all seemed to benefit the parents which having been in other centers before was a lovely change.

I love this place and so does my child. As a parent and as an educator at the centre I deeply appreciate the staff being nice and caring, and the Director, Desiree really cares about the children and works with the parents. She always say 'Hi' with a smiling face when parents are going in front of her room. She is a good manger and she helped me to develop my skills as I am very new to the field. The facility is well thought of, rooms separated to keep the ages apart. And the children are motivated to use the staircase which help them to be more independent. Children love to use the stair case rather than the lift. They are very happy when they come down or when they go up in the stair case, because they are self satisfied with the idea of doing a great thing. They love that and anyone can see their happiness after the job done.I will never forget the experience which I had in the centre, Specially with Nas, Anna and Paddy, They are great leaders.

Was happy here until the original Manager, Karen left. 2 managers later and they still could not replace her effectively.It all went downhill and the masses decided they wouldn't stand for it and defected elsewhere. The educators were amazing in the circumstances but even they couldn't work under the conditions (bullying from manager) and they started leaving too.We left a while ago and prior to things going bad i had left a 5 star review. So around 18 months ago... only today did someone reply?! Woah! This company must be scrambling to work out why they are failing miserably in ELC. LOOK AT THE TOP FFS.

Karen and her team at Precious Cargo are doing a great job! I was so excited to see a Montessori school open near work, we enrolled our daughter, Samantha, right away. It's been amazing to see how quickly she's been learning new things. Being at Precious Cargo has really advanced her development. The team are caring and friendly, we feel like we're part of the family. I always thought all day care centers are similar but Precious Cargo really set themselves apart from the rest.

Feel so lucky to have been recommended to this child care. My son started at 9 months old, not only has he thrived in this environment, but he has grown into such an intelligent young boy. Now 20months.The staff have guided him exceptionally, teaching him ways to improve his motor skills and physical attributes. His carer, Damini, is one of the most loving and nurturing woman we have met. Their bond is so special and proves just why my son loves going to Day care. From the chef, to the director to the receptionist, every one, including carers from other rooms, are always so polite abs friendly. Saying hello when we are enter, remembering our names and little details about what we may have said in passing. Holding door open for me when holding my new born, making sure Noah is fed, clean and bag packed with a detailed description of how day. Every single time. It is a very wholesome environment, with out a doubt a key factor in to my child’s growth.
