I just leased a unit from O'Brien realestate Cranbourne and have had a very pleasant experience. My property manager was lovely and very helpful.Moved in Tuesday and it's now only Friday and noticed the toilet was leaking, emailed Karen and within 2 hours a plumber was here and fixed.Joanne

Brooke is very efficient with any enquiry we have, she will respond with a very timely manner. If she is unavailable she will always return the call promptly and efficiently. She has been great with assisting our application to a new property and has made the transition very smooth which we muchly appreciated. We have been renting for many years, we have never experience d such a lovely gesture from any real estate agent as we have from O'Brien Real Estate in Cranbourne. Usually you sign the contract and are just handed the keys and off you go. We were handed a lovely gift bag with a ribbon on it and inside there was a gorgeous scented candle along with a lovely thank you for choosing OBrien Real Estate card hand written card by Brooke herself. Also a coloring book for our son. This was such a special key collection I have ever experienced. Thank you Brooke, you are very professional- great at what you do and such a kind person.

What a fantastic company. I have dealt with a number of real estates in the past both with renting and purchasing properties and O'Brians in Cranbourne are right up there. I expressed interest in a rental property and received an email the next business day. Property Manager Chloe arranged to meet me at the property and following that processed my successful application. I was always kept up to date with the process. Chloe has great customer service skills with a smile to match. I loved the little bag with my keys and a candle its a nice little touch. I was never made to feel like just a renter as i have felt in the past with other agencies. Thank you O'Brians i love my new house.

We bought our first home last year through O’Brien Cranbourne and we had a great experience with Daniel, he was so helpful and great to work with.Fast forward to this year and we have chosen to rent out our property through O’Brien Cranbourne as our previous experience was so good. They did not disappoint with their rental team. We initially spoke to Bridget, the Business Development Manager, and we were so impressed with her. She was on the ball with everything and so helpful, friendly and easy to communicate with. Bridget introduced us to our Property Manager, Chloe, who has also been amazing to work with and so helpful.We would highly recommend both Bridget and Chloe to anyone looking to rent out their property. Approx 5 months ago: Incredibly easy place to deal with. We have Courtney Smith as our Property Manager and she has always been very punctual and kind, and made sure to inform us of everything ahead of time and answer any questions we have. 10/10 would recommend. Bridget also was very helpful with the inspection and application process :) ♡UPDATE: have dealt with O'Brien for the last several months now and still have never had a problem. Courtney Smith is still our property manager, and continuously exceeds expectations. Her responses/communications are always very kind and efficient. She is extremely fast at replying, regardless of how big or little the issue or question is, and has been extremely helpful throughout our time here. Best property manager i have ever had to deal with. She is a very valuable asset to this company and to all the tenants and landlords she works with.

Brooke Barnes of OBrien Real estate is very good at what she does and has been taking care of our rental property in a proactive manner.
