Paid for express postage, 4 days later and item has still not been sent.Terrible communication, phone just rings out, online chat never gets a response and emails aren't answered during business hours.Update: NOW I've posted a bad review you contact me immediately, telling me my parcel was posted today NOT Monday when I placed the order: there is no way it will arrive in time for our function.

Pretty sure this place is just a scam. Ordered some decorations with express post. 4 days later still not notification that items have been posted. Sent emails with no response. Called them and was told that I would be transferred to their direct party supplies" department and then hung up on. All subsequent calls have rung out. Will be reporting them to NSW Fair Trading."

Posted order very quickly....but that was the end of the good service. Wrong item posted. Emailed multiple time no reply. Rang told it will take 2 weeks for them to get the instock correct item to me even though i told her the date of the party i needed it for. Really poor service.

This place is just a scam I’ve made 2 orders with them one including express post I’ve called & emailed them so many times & still nothing I ordered on the 9th of may & still haven’t received any of my orders…very disappointed in myself for not reading the reviews before hand :(
