Only found this yesterday and popped in this morning. Wow, staff were great they allowed me to walk around and tyre kick, they answered questions no probs. I was only looking for a cheap set of speakers yet there was no disrespect for chasing the cheap. Some places have been know to turn up a nose when you’re not chasing down the best. Their range of gear is impressive, and with a visit.Thanks guys, I will definitely be back.

Friendly staff, good knowledge of their products. Did not try to “oversell”. Unfortunately didn’t have the model I wanted in stock.Some staff were hanging out upstairs until the boss directed them to serve customers. I wonder what is up there?I think that the store occasionally hosts private events? A friend went there and then received about 18 privately shared videos. Must have been a good party!

Laughable customer service. I bought a microphone from DJ City which has been having tech difficulties. I went in today asking if they could test out the mic and the cable to tell me what the problem is and the guy gave me a flat out no because he was understaffed by 3 people. I was happy to wait but that offer wasn’t even on the table. He said I could come back the next day but I told him I don’t live in Sydney. Did not budge. Would have taken 5 minutes or less to help me.I ended up going to Store DJ instead and had the best customer service experience of my life. Absolute garbage people at DJ City. Don’t waste your time - evidently a very sad place to work.

Bought the Fenton FT8LED speaker and have nothing but positive things to say. The customer service over the phone was fantastic. Spoke to 2 different staff members and both were really helpful and took my needs & requirements into consideration rather than recommending a more expensive product to me.Customer service goes a long way nowadays, and the prices of their products are also fantastic. Much cheaper than you'll find elsewhere and for quality products.Will definitely not be looking elsewhere when looking to buy a new speaker because DJ City really nail it! Keep it up guys :)
