As we were searching for a home in Toowoomba from out west, David even attended house inspections for us, providing photos, videos and due diligence data to assist in our long distance house hunt. I could not be more satisfied with the service that David has provided. His customer service from the first meeting right up to the property settlement is outstanding. His knowledge of the real estate market is excellent, and to have David in your corner during negotiations is very beneficial. Once the contract is signed, he then guides you through the purchasing process giving you as much or as little assistance as you require. He is sincere and communicates regularly. He is always looking out for his clients best interest.

We engaged David from Jane & Henry to purchase an investment property in Toowoomba. David inspected multiple properties on our behalf, and nothing was too much trouble. We live several hours from Toowoomba, so this service was very valuable to us. We have no doubt we wouldn't have secured the property we did without David's help. Highly recommend.

I’m writing this review while sitting on my couch having just moved into my first home. There is a nice breeze today and I’m looking at my view of the range.My experience of working with David lined up exactly with the vibe you get from the reviews and from his website, except he is actually more passionate and genuine.I engaged David because I wanted help buying my first home. I was living in Brisbane and working full time, so I was not familiar with the Toowoomba market, and I was time poor. I wanted someone ‘on the ground’ who knew the market. I also had a long list of ‘needs’ and ‘nice-to-haves’.He was contactable outside of normal business hours, which was important to me as I work odd hours.I never felt any pressure at all to buy a specific home. He would say “there are lots of homes on the market, no pressure to buy this one.”David has relationships with the real estate agents in Toowoomba, so has access to off market properties. I only spoke to the real estate agent once, on the day of the inspection. David did all the negotiating with the real estate agent.I had initially swiped past the add online for the house I bought, but then David emailed it to me with some more information, and said he thought it might fit all my requirements. It ticked all my boxes on my list and was well under budget.I cannot recommend David’s business more if you want assistance buying in the Toowoomba area.

I'm not sure how much we can add to the rest of the glowing reviews - other than to say that David is an absolute legend and that we could not have bought a house without his help. As we were looking at moving from interstate and couldn't visit, he did all the legwork for us - visiting properties, doing the research on which houses and suburbs best fit our needs, answering all our questions, and even negotiated on our behalf for the house we ended up settling on. He saved us a great deal of money in the process, significantly more than what it cost for his services, and his assessment of the property has proven to be accurate - no nasty surprises! If you are looking for a buyer's agent, I literally cannot fault David for anything, and can only speak in the highest regard as to his services and professionalism. I look forward to uses his services again in the (hopefully) not-too-distant future.
