Extremely friendly group of people who made dropping off and picking up my car for repairs quick and easy. Repairs were fantastic and done within the time frame I was told. Definitely recommend Drive in Hume. Also extra thanks to the guy who helped me get my car out of a tight squeeze ( at least for me) without laughing at my lack of driving skills!

Insurance repair work was undertaken by DGH and completed to satisfaction beyond expectation. First impressions of the business, as I handed the car into their care, was one of a professional team and truly customer- focused. They were honest in their predicted outcome of repair and finished within good timeframe. Overall experience, AAA+. High expertise in bodywork and excellent customer service. An added plus, much to my appreciation, my car was received back cleaned and spotless inside, outside. Thanks to all and in particular, Tracy in the front office, for her help and assistance . Took my Mustang here for an insurance job after hitting a Roo. The whole team was very friendly and efficient, and did a fantastic job with the repairs (and as others have said, even washed the car for me). These guys will definitely be my go to if I ever need more repair/insurance work done. Can’t recommend enough.

I was lucky enough to attend the Drive Group on the day before they officially opened for business. My insurer Budget Direct picked them as a suitable place to repair my vehicle after a kangaroo related front end accident. Three stand out people helped me from the start of that process and all the way through what to me was a major trauma. They were Eden, Tracy & Blake, they worked with the Insurer to get the car fixed and on the road as quickly as parts availability allowed them to. The car looks superb, and I am coming to terms with 45 years of driving and having never hit a kangaroo.My grandchildren named my car Mia the Robot Car and they and I are so grateful Mia is back home with us and doing the school run in 2023. Excellent car repair service I received last week was outstanding when comparing with the last one I had! Drive Group Hume team also has promptly, friendly and professional communications, which made no fuss at assessment, drop-off and pick-up. The bonus was that they even washed my car just before my pickup time. So my car looked brand-new! My kids loved to see my car back even better than before:)

My car was repaired here via my insurance company. I had no problem with my drop off or pick up. The staff were warm and friendly and knew what they were doing. The premises was spotless and my repair, which was a new bumper bar on back of my car, was perfect. Plus my car was cleaned when I went to pick it up. Highly recommend this business

Drive Group did some panel beating for us after an unfortunate bingle. They were fabulous. First of all we could get in when we wanted to. No long, long waits. Great job, liaison with dealer to fix electronics, and good communication. Very Professional and can highly recommend.

Never heard of Drive Group Hume until my insurance company sent me to them.
