Great product range however worst customer service and purchasing experience I have ever delt with.Update your system and train your staff!When I ask for an invoice so I can make payment, don't send me a quote with no payment details!If your systems aren't improved I wont be using you again.

Great range, but had the poorest customer service. The communication and attitude that seemed like I was bothering them when I was trying to buy off them was a bit off putting. I took my business elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. delt with them many times, and almost every time there has been an issue with the order, either wrong account charged over and over again, no reply to emails. incorrect items charged, etc. not sure whats changed because they used to be ok to deal with, now its nothing but problems. Train your staff UES.
