I spent $30 on 4 crabs, and they were not fresh and tasted horrible! Won’t visit this shop again even though it’s the only fish shop in Stirling.

Purchased Ling and Barramundi from here, 3 times in a row it has had the pungent smell of fish that is not so fresh, a few days perhaps. Considering the price tag, this is not up to expectation and salting+lemon is needed prior to cooking to remove the very pungent smell. Fresh fish (including sashimi grade, but that's another story), does not have such a pungent smell, the smell should be either sweet or odourless depending on the fish type if fresh.

Bought fish here a few times, and never again. Every second time it has a bad fish smell. Oysters are real no no, second time get an off one in a dozen. And if one is off, the whole dozen is spoiled of course. And it is not cheap. Definitely not recommended!!

24.12.2020Thanks to Angelakis Stirling we won’t be having oysters this Christmas Day. Ordered 4 dozen about 3 weeks ago, went in to collect this morning and they hadn’t arrived. Left phone number for them to call and heard nothing, not even an apology. This is the second time this has happened with this store. Needless to say, I won’t use or recommend again.

Very poor service. Their eftpos machine froze l was told it may or may not charge my account. The team leader would not let me leave the store with my $7 purchase and told me if l left my phone number they would contact me and l could pick up my $7 purchase the next day if the eftpos machine cleared my purchase.l shop there quite often and was shocked that they would not trust me to come back and check if the funds had cleared. The manager was very aggressive and snatched my purchase off the counter telling me they did not care.

Not the quality it used to have. Items are often not available and sausage quality has been variable. Won't shop there so often in the future
