We had a function at Ellington hall. The decoration was extremely poor. The pillars were all out of colour. The trees had its branches broken and were fixed with tapes. The red carpet was full of dust and was very dirty. Table clothes full of stains. We had our function at 6pm and no one answered our calls until 5pm to get all this fixed and eventually we had keep this poorly done so called decoration in front of our guests.
