We approached Dave for a quote to remove the old gas heating and install reverse cycle AC for two houses. His quote was very good value. The service provided by Dave and his team was efficient and professional. Each house completed within the day. We are very happy with the service and the product. David and his crew removed our old tired ducted split system and replaced it with a new much larger unit. The job was done asap and with no fuss.Dave went out of his way to make sure the requested control module was on hand when needed!!!They were easy to deal with, offered good advice, value for money product and cleaned up after themselves too!!!I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new air conditioner!!!

Excellent service, friendly, honest and reliable. We had Luxaire out to replace our 20 year old ducted heating this winter and decided to replace it with a Samsung reverse cycle unit on David’s recommendation. Our family couldn’t be happier with the results, the house is now warm and cozy and our electricity bill is far cheaper than the gas bills we were receiving. The Luxaire team understood the importance of installing our unit in a day as we had a birthday party that evening, they arrived at 8am as organised and even though they encountered some difficulties with our 2 story house, they ensured it was installed, cleaned up and working prior to the party as promised. The team at Luxaire recently installed a multi head system in our bedrooms. The result is fantastic and has made such a difference. All the staff communicated professionally and promptly from initial call to install. Highly recommended!

Completely agree with the previous negative review. I had a fully ducted Brivis refrigerated A/C system installed however have had nothing but problems since. Poor service and zero care-factor. Cannot recommend. Look elsewhere!

Just had Samsung Reverse Cycle ducted air conditioning installed. Best decision for the beginning of the Canberra winter!

Worst business I've ever had to deal with. We urgently needed to replace our underfloor ducting heating because the old one died. It was during the coldest period in the winter, we chose this company not because it was the cheapest but because they could do it the quickest. The owner was keen and nice at quoting stage and told me that we could contact him if there's any problem after installation. Well that was a lie just to get the job. After installation we noticed the heating didn't work as it should be. Reported the problem but the owner refused to even come check the issue and referred us to the manufacturer's authorised service supplier. We were told that the ducting wasn't installed property and it's the installer's responsibility to come back to fix it. The owner was rude and refused to take responsibilities (and avoid our calls), all we asked was to fix the dodgy work. After telling him we would report this business he unwilling sent a contractor to come inspect and fix the problem. It wasn't perfect but better than nothing. I would not recommend this business to anyone. They showed zero care and no customer service after they get the money. The workmanship warranty with this company is a joke and useless, I would not waste my time and money trying to get them to do any job ever again.
