An almost perfect experience. I wished to trade in and purchase and tried to make an appointment to do so. Was advised no need and was assured that my suggested visit timeframe was a good time. Unfortunately Mark was absent and I had a 40 minute wait but was then looked after well but as we hurried forgot to do the Qantas points and then had to organise. Would have been perfect with no wait and the points being allocated at the time

Was not a great experience, the customer service staff was cocky and unhelpful. Instead of advising on the products properly, the staff had to show superiority and ego when advising on the products. Very disappointed and work on your attitude. Yes, you’re the experts in photography gear and instead of making this about yourselves, just help customers to pick a product they need. You aren’t on top of the world, you’re just a customer service staff.

Highly professional team and very knowledgeable! The staff walked me through all I had to know about my 100-400mm Sony lens before buying it.My go-to place when it comes to camera gear!

Give Mark a pay rise, a day off, a hearty pat on the back, whatever positive rev-up you choose, because he was excellent to deal with when I returned a faulty wheeled camera case a couple of weeks ago. He processes the replacement, gave me all the details so I knew what was going to happen and it just happened. Simple, easy to deal with and efficient. Mark was great representative of a store that I have had multiple, excellent transactions and interactions with.

HIGHLY NOT recommended! Save your time and money i made 2 purchases on two different occasions both came with an exceptionally bad customer service experience.First was a returned itme they sold me as a brand New camera when i found old customers videos on it!!Second was ...Stop fooling people with the black Friday" excuse instead put in some work in improving the service because it will eventually catchup with you and your business!"

This is a subsequent purchase. Tried to order during holiday and special price. Tried to place order and had an error message and coupon no longer works. When I got a reply for a new coupon, the price expired. I had evidence of the price in my cart and they refused to honour though no fault of mine.I'm definitely not a happy customer.

Very good experience with “magic” Mark. We were traveling to Melbourne just to buy Fuji Xs10, Mark was very helpful and made our day. Definitely recommend to buy camera from this store!!!

We placed an order online. Receive the tax invoice and confirmation of the order. We came to the store once we been notified as we chose the order as click and collect order. Then, we arrived at the store. However, the staff told us the price was an error. Mark also added that “ YOU DID NOT BUY THIS FROM ME” . Then, I asked him do you mean the online store and your store are separately. Which is YES. Mark gave us a card with a phone number which can be found online. Since he said he got other customers to serve. Now I realised that if you want be served as a person, please buy stuff from the store directly never buy things online!l because they are the same name but different company.

Large selection of camera equipment of all types. I bought a Fujifilm camera, lenses, SD cards, and a bunch of other accessories from this store and they had everything in stock. Great prices. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff.
