It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with the lovely team at Miles & Son. I dealt mostly with Paul. His advice was invaluable in turning a vague idea and a rough sketch into beautiful engagement ring. He made some great practical suggestions early on to improve the design and make it more durable, and was able to create a high quality ring within my budget. He absolutely nailed the brief and my partner and I could not be happier with the ring. We were so pleased with the service that we went back to do my wedding ring. Paul worked within a really tight timeframe to get the ring done in time, and always kept us updated. Great communication and great service from the team. Could not recommend Miles & Son highly enough!

For a little jewellery shop they have quite a lot to offer in an open, bright & clean store.The staff are always friendly and helpful with my jewellery needs.I have found them to be the only shop in town that sells and repairs real jewellery.I live in Sydney & Miles and Son are the only jewellers I deal with.

Very happy with the professional services provided by this lovely company. Paul did incredible work bringing back to life two vintage neck pendants owned by my grandmother (born 1895), a silver locket and gold 4 leaf clover. After repair he matched these with modern chains... beautiful outcomes which can be passed to younger family. Thank you very much!

Had a ring altered , perfect fit and they do it themselves rather than sending things away to be done. Staff are amazing , friendly and efficient, they also cleaned my other rings and all are beautiful again. I can't recommend them enough.
