Love the girls here. Great scalp massage with shampoo. And they know how to cut curly thick hair. Not a lot do it properly but they do ❤️

Obviously you get what you pay for these days went in for a hair wash Saturday...to have a child wash my hair.... that didn't even say hello ....washed my hair like a child would wash there hair...I understand it may not be her fault this is just cuts fault... after she washed it she said there u go never dried my hair or brushed it I walked out with my hair dripping wet ...another hairdresser had to ask when i was paying do u want me to dry that more that i said no that shouldn't have even been a question I walked out with my hair NOT brushed hair dripping wet thanks just cuts for NOT taking pride in a service this is very poor service if u ask me its a shame

Highly recommended, I have been using Justcuts for years but just moved up here. So the first hair salon I visited totally messed up with my hair and I rushed here the next morning to have a rescue and Xianne did a fantastic job. I was so embarrassed going out with my hair done by Sunshine Hair studio Nerang, but gained my confidence back after Justcuts. Thanks so much for making my day! Won’t definitely go anywhere else but Justcuts for their high quality of skills & service:)

Recieved a wonderful haircut with MaryVery friendly and great service

As always, the staff here are absolutely lovely and consummate professionals. When I most recently went to get my hair cut from shoulder length to a pixie cut, they made sure I knew what it would look like for my face shape before they even started cutting, and made sure I was aware of just how different it would be, using my hair to show the length it would be. Only once they'd given me this demo and I'd agreed to it did they start cutting my hair. It was lovely to see that they cared so much about whether I'd be happy with the length my hair would become. The cut looked great and I will continue to come back here.

I've been getting my hair cut here since moving to the Gold Coast nearly 4 years ago, and I've always been happy with the result.It's great to have the walk in service without the need to book ahead.In summary, I've found Just Cuts in Helensvale an excellent service and reasonably priced.
