Movement Tweed

Came here from World Gym as it was getting too busy. It is a nice facility with very nice staff. Having been in every gym in the area this one has got to be my favourite.

Terrible customer service. My partner and I had to move away for unforeseen circumstances and I contacted the Gym to cancel. This was after about 2 months of not being able to get into any classes because they were always booked out. I paid extra for the Pilates membership and they clearly sold too many memberships for the small amount of beds available in the class.They told me it would be $150 but continued to charge me fortnightly $60.When I contacted them to ask if this was coming off the $150 they told me I had needed to call and make the payment. Upon speaking to the manager she was rude and arrogant and did not care for my circumstances. I am a young mum and this will be my babies first Christmas and now they expect me to continue to pay $60 a week unless I can afford the $150 cancellation fee which I can’t due to moving expenses.Really disappointing and I would never recommend this club to anyone unless you enjoy paying for services you don’t receive and dealing with sassy and rude reception/management team.

Cathy has assembled a wonderful team at Motivations Tweed. All the staff there are so approachable and helpful with their ready smiles making for a feel good experience. The new gym equipment has enhanced the ability for a great workout. Well done Cathy, you should be very proud.John Clark

Great staff and great facilities. The classes are very varied too, and the trainers do a great job at making them different every week. You have access to multiple locations too, so there are plenty of options for classes and schedules. Super reasonable price too! 100% recommend

The gym smells and the male bathroom smells..not to much equipment and the equipment they do have is horrible and the staff where rude

Worse treadmills ( when ever press incline on any of these treadmills always errors comes and start shaking when we up the speed !!! Unhygienic, dusty equipments ..

I go there 3 times a week for supervised excercise by excellent trainers on terrific equipment as part of a Better Life programme for Veterans. I highly recommend it!

I joined Movement South Tweed early January and the moment I stepped in I was welcomed by the club manager Cathy Q. She went over and beyond to show me around and answer all my questions. I came from another club but I knew I had made the right decision after speaking with Cathy. I'm several weeks in now and I couldn't be happier. There are so many different classes to choose from and at various times. The club are also updating all the machines and equipment, win, win. I have to add they also have an infrared sauna which is awesome after a work out. Movement is also very affordable. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. If you are searching for a health club/gym Movement is well worth looking into.

Was going to sign back up after 12months being away from tweed... thanks to the rude ranga who works there I won't be doing that.
