Pere Studios have been very unreasonable with my request to return an item that is too small and too short (pants) which I will never be able to wear. The message that I keep getting from them is that they will not issue me a return number for changing my mind". Even though I referred to their size chart before ordering

Do not shop from here. Took over 3 weeks to receive my item. Customer service was terrible at providing any update. Have been attempting to return the item for nearly 2 weeks because the dress does not look like the website pictures. The material is thin and missing a slit. Feel like I’m being ghosted by customer service because they won’t reply to my email or aknowledge my return request.shocking

I ordered 4 different items from the website, it took about 3 weeks for it to even be shipped. Received 3/4 items a month after ordering. Didn’t like how the items fit my body, they run quite small and aren’t great quality. Have been continuously trying to get ahold of their customer service to return them even tho I’ve followed they’re guidelines for returns. When I said I wanted to return they said these are they’re best sellers so don’t understand why I’m unhappy LOL bc not everyone likes everything. I have to send a follow up email every time to get a response. And I never received a refund for the item I NEVER even received. I basically feel robbed. Do not shop here. Save your money and use it somewhere anywhere else!

In my personal opinion, do not buy anything from this store, they refused to provide a refund for an item that ran out of stock even though it was advertised as in stock. Have been waiting for nearly 7 weeks. Promises of escalating but no action. Don’t waste your time or money.

bags are not very good quality, especially considering price. you can see resemblance to website photos but the quality is very different and stitching (if applicable) is not clean + a bit off. I do still like the style and concept of the bag (e.g. adjustable straps) but the quality is disappointing.

Do not order from here. Terrible customer service. Ordered goods in January, didn't hear back about shipping confirmation etc. And when I asked they advised they'd update me, never did. Asked them again, no response. They finally got back to me advising due to covid etc delays in shipping and will update me soon... By February no update no shipping confirmation. Tried calling the number on after pay and website, disconnected on website, after pay goes to some chick who says she knows nothing of pere studios. Contacted them again, no response, resorted to contacting after pay, after pay eventually got in contact with pere studios, pere studios finally contacted me, I asked for a full refund as no goods had be shipped nor delivered. They advised they will refund me, this was in February. Come March no refund, no contact from pere studios, so again I'm chasing them. I finally received my refund today after 2.5months of wasting my time. Follow up and get your money back, it's disgusting after pay still has pere studios as a merchant.

Do not buy from here! It looks almost 3 months to come and the clothes look completely different to what they do online. Quality is terrible
