Do not rely on this business to help you when you need it. They have multiple commercial contracts and are supposed to be 24/7 operation. Except that that is, if your lock fails on your apartment door and you cant access your apartment, at all. Called this mob, as they have the contract, and they refused to come help. In fact, the man i spoke with actually hung up on me! I could not access my apartment, could not get in and literally had no where to go. So unprofessional, poor form. Never ever use this company. They cannot be relied on.

The team here were very helpful and good friendly customer service. They did a removal of a lock and replaced it with a new lock. Not an easy job for any locksmith but they new their stuff and soon replaced the lock. They were tidy and efficient. I would recommend them.

Nick came highly recommended and they were not only better priced than every other quote we received but the level of service was spot on. We had to rekey more than 25 internal locks and I didn't even notice they had started the job before they came and told me it was all finished. Great work guys!!

You know they have to be good when several other locksmiths recommend them! I had a small problem on a unique lock which they couldn’t do much about but instead of having me pay them to know the inevitable, they gave me tips on how I might fix it myself and sure enough it worked! Excellent service, highly recommended.

While the fist purchase was based on the fact that we just walked past the company’s office, following purchases where based on the great service this company provides.Prices are very fair, product quality great and the level of service just amazing.Nick the owner is great to deal with and even drove twice 150km to our location to insure that a safe and special door locks where moved and fixed perfectly.Greg, who installed safes and locks for us is doing a great job, very experienced, careful and super friendly. H.A. Reed certainly deserves y a 5* Rating – couldn’t be better and highly recommend the company to anyone looking for new safe or locks.

I dropped in with a broken key, Simon found an equivalent and let me try it, which needed me to bring in the lock & some small key grinding - Perfect! Very good service guys!

Nick Reed is one of the last of the good guys in the area and industry, the knowledge and personal touch is one of classic old school care factor, they know all there is to know, they are fair in pricing and will extend themselves to look after you on the spot if possible. Don’t waste time and money looking anywhere else.
