Sincerely, Cake made our wedding cake and it was absolutely delicious, massive and beautiful!The price was very reasonable and we got about double what we were expecting for that price.Would recommend them for anyone looking for a delicious wedding cake!

Sincerely, Cake makes the best cakes in the Blue Mountains! Each creation is freshly made and they taste amazing. I especially love the dacquoise and the chocolate brownie cake.

I can not say enough good things about Sincerely, Cake. We visit whenever we can to pick up goodies. The Palmier and Crème Brulee Macaroons are my favourite on the sweeter side. On the savoury side of things I recommend the Swiss Cheese and Asparagus Croissant and the Tomato and Basil Croissant. My husband is a HUGE fan of the Ham and Cheese Croissants. Defiantly worth the trip up the mountain if you have never been before. 100% best patisserie I've ever been to!

I ordered the chocolate mousse brownie cake for my partners birthday during COVID lockdown. It was that delicious my partner ordered a second one to share with his family the second restrictions were down and we could all get together. The most rich, chocolatey goodness, with such good textures. The best cake I've ever eaten". Definitely worth the price.In addition

Literally the best cherry danish I've ever had!Beautiful staff and such a lovely shop too.You must try their Portuguese tarts while you're there, they're incredibly tasty!

Jeongmin made the most beautiful and delicious cake for my 50th Birthday. She was an absolute pleasure to work with! Her professionalism is outstanding- the level of care taken to place delicate fresh flowers on top of the cake was fantastic. It was an absolute winner. Would absolutely recommend Jeongmin at Sincerely Cakes for your event.
