Initial purchase April 2021(Clyde supplier)- turf promptly died. Replaced in October 2022- turf promptly died. Followed instructions 100%. Despite multiple attempts to contact the chap who arranged the turf replacement ZERO response! Another winter of backyard mud due to turf dying AGAIN! Very poor customer service, as they usually blame the customer/ rain etc who is a Registered builder and knows about turf. Do better ANCO UPDATE: Spoke with K at Lawn Solutions who also blamed the customer, couldn't offer any rationale why our turf failed.Unwilling to listen or find solutions. Her offsider via email was deficient in the facts Walter Raleigh turf is sold as: Full or partial sun, pet resistant etc. Our turf site fit all criteria as stated, we followed every guideline even improved site drainage without a prior drainage issue. Ordered five hundred square metres of Sir Walter turf. When it was delivered I asked the driver why there was so much rock through the turf. After laying the first pallets of turf, we found lots of rock through the turf, and different amounts of soil in the rolls, which gave it a very uneven finish. Most of the rolls were in poor condition and looked very scrappy. I was given a Certificate of Quality, I had concerns about the quality and contacted the supplier. I had no response from the supplier. So only having eight hours to complain about the turf, as stated on your guarantee, I tried to contact Lawn Solutions. I finally got through to Joe, the manager, after many attempts and he said he did not have time to come out and look at the turf as it was too close to Christmas. Since then, I have tried to contact Joe, and left many messages, but he has not contacted me. The turf has been down since December 17 2022 and it is now in poor condition with lots of dead patches and very inconsistent in appearance, despite being watered regularly. Very disappointed in the lack of response to the poor quality turf supplied. The supplier has picked through the turf to remove the rock and has mowed it 3 times in a attempt to get it looking good but it still looks dreadful, he says if I fertilise it and topsoil it to get it more level! I don’t know why I should do this as the product should have been a good quality! Lawn solutions have done nothing about the pot quality of their turf supplied! I’d like a response!Gary Hardman

It looks like they exclude anything about cool season lawns. So not suited to the southern areas of Aus
