I have previously dealt with Nathan however he is no longer there. Today I dealt with Frank whilst purchasing a very high end guitar.Frank was very professional and made me feel comfortable purchasing this instrument. I've never spent so much on one item before (Other than a car) and Frank and the Pro Audio team made me feel like I was getting a great deal and were going to look after me.I'm in Sydney and always call Pro Audio first.

Been in twice to see guitars advertised on the website, both times nothing in store but was advised they could be ordered...frustrating as I too can just order guitars online but was hoping to check them out first seeing as they are multi thousand dollar items.I have also been in to pick up a set of strings and a nut and after having called ahead have been told when I arrive that they don't stock those specific strings or any replacement nuts.. ive been disappointed 4 out of 4 times by this lot so i wont return.
