Absolutely love f45, I always seem to find my way back.Amazing trainers at Roxburgh Park, they push and motivate you.It has honestly been one of the best experiences for me, you work a lot harder at f45 than a regular gym as everyone is motivated by one another

F45 Roxburgh park is a great place to work out! The trainers there are so awesome and really motivating. Going to the gym is usually daunting for me, but going to F45 makes it so much easier with all the friendly staff and members. Highly recommend!

F45 Roxburgh Park is a fun and friendly environment that encourages you to reach your goals. The trainers are extremely professional and supportive and ensure you are doing all exercises correctly to avoid injury.I have enjoyed my time there and look forward to each class. F45 Roxy has changed my whole way of thinking, i was always so self conscious about coming to gym but F45 is completely different, everyone is there for one thing, whether you are a beginner or an expert F45er, the trainers are so welcoming and will always help guide you if you are unsure and most importantly they push you to limits you never thought you could reach. I have reached so many goals and cant wait to hit so many more! Im so proud to call F45 Roxy my home.

This is the place to be!! Don't even know where to start from!! I have been with F45 Roxburgh Park for the last two years since their opening. It is more than just a gym where you walk in and leave. It is a community and a little family. The Staff are amazing and very professional. I highly recommend this studio for the quality and the fun environment. If you want to be a part of this family and you want to change your life to see RESULTS .. yes REAL results then this place will show you that and change your life.. I think its your best option, IT WORKS!!

F45 Roxburgh Park is such an awesome way to kick start your health journey, I have been attending classes here for almost 2 years now and I enjoy every minute of my work outs even though my face says something different. ;-).You can always rely on the staff to push you to your limits and capture all your good angles via Instagram hahaa.Overall highly recommend joining the FITFAM.
