Harris Scarfe Cranbourne (Homewares, Manchester & Apparel)

Disgusting rude customer service. When we were looking at mattress protectors, there was a pack that was opened, i went up to it and felt the material deciding if this was going to be right for our toddler. Little did I know that I would have been accused of opening the packet. The very rude old lady mumbled at us and said we better put that back in the packet. I then told the lady this was already opened and was not opened by me. She then proceeded to walk away angrily. Maybe get your facts straight before you accuse people, a simple question on whether i opened it would have been the better approach. I told her to check the cameras before going off at me. She clearly hates her job, do us all a favour and retire. You clearly have no customer service skills and dont want to be there.

I've been to around five or six different Harris Scarfe stores over the last few years, and its almost as if each store specialises in one specific area. For example, I would say the Knox store is brilliant for all your kitchen & homeware needs, the Forest Hill store is more about clothing, but because I was only in & out with a quick visit for Cranbourne, I don't know what the specialty is there. It seemed like the kitchenware section had been visited by the 'don't care' crowd as it could have benefited from a tidy-up, that's for sure.

Absolutely worst service ever! Not only waiting for a older lady to give me a $20 note for 3mins while she's stuffing around with other notes even tho she has a $20 note in her hand, so when I asked can just ha e my $20 change she gi Es it to me a says you can go" ! Could not believe it

Love to dropped here every time I go shopping as plenty of prices range offered...

I went for a new pillow today and I had seen they had a sale. I spent a lot of time looking around, I love that this shop is not crowded and the pillows were all at arms reach, with easily seen prices as well. I was almost done, but I needed a second opinion and I’m so glad Chelsea came to the rescue and was so approachable and knew exactly what I wanted and needed. I haven’t tried my pillow yet, but I just wanted to say how lovely this team member was.

Got what I wanted on special. Staff were friendly and helpful

The old guy at reception was so rude. also they didn't do refund policy, bought pillow unfortunately the size was wrong, but they didn't exchange it, they said we can't exchange that due to health and safety issue.but before to bought it they mentioned we could be replace.

Extremely rude and lazy staff at Cranbourne store. I was there browsing for an hour not one member of the staff came to my assistance. I went to the counter and the all three ladies were busy standing and chatting away. (The store was quiet with few customers) Eventually got their attention to help me and not one of the staff wanted to leave the counter area to assist me in my purchase. They had a lot of attitude towards me even though I spoke nicely to them. I left the store empty handed. I will take my money elsewhere. Oh by the way I helped an elderly woman with finding a pillowcase size she needed. Your welcome.

Love this store.Quality products at excellent prices. Men's and ladies wear,footwear,electrical. Harris Scarfe has it all. Highly recommend
