Ruined the experience of preparing my wedding dress! Unprofessional customer service, disorganized and rude!Couldn’t locate my dress then hadn’t started work 4.5 weeks later, complained about how much needed to be taken in, criticized my chosen dress design, bagged out other customers after hanging up on the phone, rushed job on the alterations. Would not recommend to anyone!

Lovely customer service, however to put in a dress to be altered and to be told the best they could do is 1cm which I paid $25 for was a huge let down considering the amount of time it was In for , and no phone to discuss further options

Was rude and wouldn’t even let me come into the shop to look at my wedding dress, I just wanted reassurance that my dress could be altered down to my size. But said my wedding is still to far away and too call back closer to the date. Wouldn’t even let me book an appointment either for that far out.

Oh my goodness, where to start. Took two blazers in on 31 March to have the sleeves taken up and was told they would be ready the following Friday but as it was Good Friday said I would pick them up on 17 April. Returned on 17 April and they hadn't been started. I did drop off two further blazers, one which I had tried to alter myself and to be honest, made a mess of it but was told they would fix it and all four blazers would be done before the owner went on holidays on 21 April and they would call me. Received no call, so I phoned them on 26 April and the work still had not been started. Said I was disappointed and was then bombarded with excused from a person with an English accent - you didn't say when you wanted them, we have had public holidays, owner is away.....finally it's not my fault. Voicing my disapproval was not taken well. I received a call on 3 May saying they were ready at a cost of $140. When I got there the one jacket that I had botched had not been touched yet I was told that they had taken up the sleeves and was charged $35. Not so, it was my hand stitching still on the sleeves. I was told that I was rude and had to leave the jackets there until the owner came back....no way! Wasn't paying for what wasn't done and wasn't leaving the jackets. To say the work was sub-standard is an understatement. On all three blazers the lining in the sleeves is longer than the outer material - you can see the lining when wearing the jacket. I would have given this business a minus 5 stars if I could. Rude and incompetent staff, disorganised and poor workmanship. Save your money. Find another tailor.Just an update - went to wear one of the blazers today - it has never been worn before and there is a hole at the bottom of the sleeve where they have sewn the sleeves. I am so angry.

Thank you for a wonderful experience. I took my wedding dress in for a fitting and the staff were wonderful. I took my dress back for dry cleaning as well.

Absolute legend. She did a job for me that multiple other seamstresses were unable to do. I take everything there now. Exceptional work at a good price.
