Great burgers and hotdogs. I will definitely be back again and again!!The burger cost $15.5, but it's certainly worth it.It's really really amazing quality!! Burger is huge and tasty! Good shake too.Nice clean and comfortable place.

You know a place is good when you come back for a second round while on holiday in the area. Usually we do a place once and then move on to try somewhere new but this joint got another go for being delicious. Burgers are big and filling and cooked perfectly, the $7 chip + drink meal deal addition means I won't need dinner.

Best beef burger I've ever had. By contrast, burgers from other food stores just keep you alive but cannot make your life nice. Try it, it will be a good reward for yourself ;)

Nice and clean area, staffs are so welcome and friendly. Amazing burgers and chips with Aioli sauce (that’s my favourite flavour sauce yum yum) ! Worth to try ! I’ll come back for more burgers then. :)

TL:DR - TAKEAWAY RIBS! 400g of finger licking bone gnawing smokey saucy ribs and great crunchy chips! Very happy. Worth a try.Ordered online through app, quick and painless as they currently don't have eftpos. Don't need to sign up.Service - friendly and informative, place is nice and cosy with music. Few tables to sit.Food - oh yeah, the cost is a bit prohibitive but here's 2 things 1. Taste and quality of food 2. Show me where I can get ribs in Tasmania that isn't dine in only or done as good as these. (Why does a state like Tasmania have no good smokehouse BBQ)Seriously though, despite the food traveling for 15m in a cardboard box and a paper bag the chips were so amazingly crunchy fat style pub chips with a great seasoning, even after they went stone cold they had crunch and were great to finish off with.Total weight of food is 700g with packaging, ribs came to exactly 400g so that's 200g each rib. That's a lot of food.The ribs honestly are just so fantastic, the sauce is baked on great and is a mix of smokey sweet tomato and just enough chilli to make it interesting without it being hot. Meat is very tender and delicious not dry like so many places and plenty of meat to boot, this is a big meal and you will be very full after wards. Everything is charcoal baked into the bone and I found myself gnawing at the bones to get the last of that great sauce off. Definitely a once in a blue moon treat because of cost but so worth.Looking foreward to trying a burger or hotdog some time down the road, also would love to see some local drinks in the fridge like a Gillespie's ginger beer which I had bought elsewhere went so great with the food.

Beautiful place to enjoy a generous and delicious meal! Had to visit thanks to sunny red burger were made to perfection and well worth. Defenitinatly I will visit again and highly recommended to my friends.

Was good but not great. We ordered the full ribs which were delicious but way over priced for the size and a Tommy the chook meal. The fried chicken in the burger was amazingly crispy but tasted burnt and the slaw on the burger was just cabbage chopped up with the smallest amount of sauce. Disappointing considering the price you pay.

The burger itself was delicious but I would have liked a toasted bun. Chips were nicer than before though, all a bit slapped together but not too bad.

Tried out boss burger today. The food was amazing we got one tommy the chook which was on special ($10) and a boss deluxe, both burgers where really good and the chips where crispy and at a fair price. The server was very bubbly and friendly, we definitely will be back again soon.
