I feel so lucky to have come across such a great place for laser hair removal and other facial treatments . I have tried all their services and I cannot recommend them enough. The Essence laser clinic at Greystanes is by far the best clinic I have ever been to and I am so thankful that I get such a great service provided to me every time I visit this place. The staff are extremely friendly, they are very professional at their work, they listen and care and always have smile on their faces. They will always make sure their customers have the best experience. I was never able to get the same service anywhere else. I always leave this place feeling extremely happy. I will never go anywhere else. I have been coming here for a quiet sometimes and I recommend everyone to give them a go.

Turned up today for an appointment that I had booked and paid a $45 deposit for online, only to find the store closed. No one answering phone calls or emails. I’d like a refund please! If you’re closed for whatever reason, that’s fine, but turn off your bookings for that day!Update: I did receive a refund, but only after my review was submitted. A note was attached to my initial refund notification advising it would take 3 - 14 days and I was told to remove my negative review. .Poor customer service from the person asking for my review to be removed. The email received later this evening apologising for the inconvenience caused was more professional and appreciated, hence my change in status.

Amazing service received. I had a facial and I'm unbelievably stunned by the way my face is so smooth and glowy. I'm am very much satisfied with Sandi's work. She is amazing, very friendly and welcoming. She made feel comfortable throughout thre whole process.

Found Essence Laser Clinic through World Gym Prospect where they offer members 20% off their treatments! I had never gotten Laser done before but Sandi made me feel super comfortable and gave clear instructions on aftercare and further treatments, I booked again immediately.

What a great first time experience at this local clinic. Came in for a botox treatment, first impressions when walking in is a lovely aesthetic and was then offered a complimentary mini facial whilst waiting. Then the actual botox consult with Diana was fantastic - honest, took her time to explain the process and had a genuine interest in my well being. Would def recommend and come back again!
