Explosive Entertainment - Gold Coast DJ

We had the pleasure of having Sash from Explosive Entertainment as the DJ for our wedding. He was fantastic - he played all the songs we had requested, and added in his own that perfectly suited the vibe of the night. He managed to get everybody (including grandparents) onto the dance-floor!

We got married in October. I spent half a day doing a list of songs as requested by the company. Not many of them played, some songs that I did not even put on my list at all were mostly played. Not very good at reading the room but when the songs I chose that did come on that’s when everyone was on the dance floor. I was also introduced into the reception as the wrong first name.

My Husband and I got married at Cedar Creek Lodges on the 10th of December 2022. Cedar Creek Lodges recommended Explosive Entertainment as part of our wedding package and . we had Simon as our DJ. Simon was professional, personable and a whole heap of fun. Simon ensured that he had downloaded our wedding playlist and kept the dancefloor pumping all night. We would highly recommend Simon and the Explosive Entertainment team to anyone looking for a wedding DJ.

THE BEST DJ packages in the area! We use Explosive Entertainment as a main supplier at my work venue and see them weekly (if not daily). 200 weddings this year and Jaye and his team are all a pleasure to work with! Brilliant DJ (music and lighting), MC and Photobooth packages all offered to suit budgets and all the boys go above and beyond to ensure the happy couple and all their guests have an unforgettable night. It's a rarity to have a quiet dance floor after formalities are done with and will 100% be using them for my own wedding! Love working with the whole team!!!

An awesome experience from explosive entertainment for our wedding at Cedar Creek estate. We were skeptical at first but all of the music was perfectly timed and kept many people up dancing through the night. Accomodating for requests through the evening, and last minute changes (such as playing the Imperial March when my father walked up for his speech). Thank you!

Our Dj was terrific and great with all of our guests from the kids to the adults, he was relaxed and helped everything flow well. He gave options to help the night run smoother and played all of the songs we chose as well as others that fit into the theme. The Lead up information and tips was great that we received leading up to our wedding, also the platform that we can add songs to our list of wants was great.

Explosive Entertainment – Explosive Entertainment did such a wonderful job at our wedding reception, they were so professional and followed my event list absolutely perfectly. They worked in with our MC and made the night flow better than I could have ever imaged. I cannot recommend Explosive Entertainment and their team highly enough. Sash, you did such an awesome job with our music and dry-ice throughout the night and you were so patient and professional with working in with the altered run sheet on the night. Your photobooth and props were so much fun and gave everyone a laugh throughout the night, it was honestly the highlight of our whole event – we are so grateful!! Thank you!

Highly recommend explosive entertainment!Jaiden absolutely nailed the brief & was the best DJ for our wedding - mixing country & house music to get a crowd going is not an easy task, but he did & it was amazing.He also killed it with the bridal party entrance cuts + father daughter dance cut.
