SpeedFit Myaree

Speedfit has got me moving again.After a knee injury I was unable to exercise and suffered terrible pain and this led to weight gain which caused even more problems . I had almost given up but I saw Speedfit and gave it a try. I’m now feeling great and physically active again and even in a 8 week challenge. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

SpeedFit is a great exercise alternative for me. Intense, yet effective in keeping my enthusiasm up for a regular workout each week. My instructor Rush in particular, is a motivating and dedicated person who always manages to keep me on track and interested each week. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love Speedfit! I’ve been doing it now over 3 years. Gives me such a great all over workout. I started going to Speedfit after reading about its rehabilitative benefits as I’ve suffered with chronic pain for the last 19 years. My body needs to move but high impact exercise is no good for my pain. This exercise is gentle but deep at the same time. My muscles have responded very well to Speedfit. My Physio and masseuse have commented on how good my muscle tone is from it. The staff at Myaree are awesome! Raj is my main trainer and I highly recommend a workout with him. Very professional, friendly and caring, and listens to your needs. Give it a go!!

The workout itself is great. Unfortunately the app is constantly having issues, and you cannot ever get in touch with anyone on the phone. Leave a message requesting for a call back, and no call back, instead an email response some time later which is not helpful as most people like myself are busy running around and don’t check emails every few minutes. For $60 a week I’m disappointed.

Speedfit in Myraee is well worthy of receiving a five star review. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I have been a member now for 6 months and have been consistent with one 20 minute session a week. When I first started I was unable to even do a basic lunge, yet now am considerably fitter, stronger, and have lost weight.The team of trainers lead by Ras are experts in their field. They are experienced in tailoring sessions to you physical requirements and are extremely supportive and encouraging. They are knowledgeable about nutrition and are very helpful with all aspects of health. The network of support that is offered here is a small family unit where even children have a safe, comfortable and equipped area to be while you exercise.I love how quick and efficient the work outs are. There is only a maximum of 2 people per session so it is ultimately a personal training session. The facilities are superb, with a shower and amenities available, not to mention protein shakes after every session. The online app makes it simple to book in at a time that suits you, and the location and parking is convenient.I am excited to continue my journey and am grateful for the ongoing support. Paul and the team are very supportive and challenge you every session. I’m feeling motivated for the first time in a while to really improve my health.

A very friendly branch. They make my little girl feel part of the process while am training. The trainers always interact with her. Loads of kids activities and competitions for kids to to be won. We do miss the trainers that left too.

Such a great place. 1st visit. Staff are lovely and put you thru your paces.

Jacko at Myaree SpeedFit is the bomb, such a genuinely nice human being and he really knows how to motivate you to get you pushing yourself and not slacking off. Beautiful clean and well set up premises, nice efficient sessions that don’t drag on too long. Love the supplied refreshing drink before your session then the yummy protein shake straight after.
