Really disappointed with the sales person sitting there at the counter. I had purchased 3 counter stools, which when I looked upon once reaching home, two of them turned out to be defective after removing the packaging.I called them immediately for replacement about the condition of the chairs. Once I reach the store today to return the chairs the sales person told me it’s not his responsibility anymore and we’d have to call customer service at Brisbane as now they would have to bear the total loss for all of those defective chairs. We did manage to swap the chairs with different kinds at the end but after this incident i am backing off from all my future ventures from eureka.

We attend the Eureka Furniture store in Toowoomba and were served by Jillian. We bought a leather lounge and ottoman and were very grateful for her assistance with providing expertise and answering our questions. The store was having a huge sale and we were pleasantly surprised at the high quality items they sell. Why go anywhere else!!

I have always wanted to visit Eureka Street furniture as I’ve always admired the unique pieces and style at this store. Never having the chance to get there previously but now that I’ve been this will definitely be my 1st stop furniture shop. From the moment we stepped foot in the store we were welcomed and all our furniture needs were meet by the one and only Jilly! I cannot thank you enough for the style and decorative flare you showed us while in store. Your advice and idea were wonderful our home has come together beautifully with these hand picked piece. Going above and beyond is how I would describe the service we were provided. Thank you again!!

Staff are lovely and extremely helpful. Furniture and Decor are top quality. Highly recommend having a look prior to going to a flat pack box store.

Cannot say enough about the exceptional service from Kim and Jillian. I moved from Brisbane and could not believe how friendly and helpful they have both been every time I have purchased items. From selecting, ordering right through to the delivery.

We have purchased many items from Eureka Furniture Toowoomba over the years and we have always had amazing customer service from the initial purchase to final pick up or delivery. The staff are super friendly and and even when busy always greet you when you walk through the door. Jillian has helped us with our last 2 purchases and today she sorted out last minute delivery to make sure our lounge suite was delivered before end of day and ready for our guests! She really goes above and beyond, having personally delivered something for me in her own vehicle before opening hour. Thank you so much for your wonderful assistance, you have a customer for life!!!

We had a lovely lady taking care of us. Kim Elizabeth was a great seller. Sadly one week later when the 3 seater sofa arrived, it was in a box. After calling the store today, I was told “we consulted you via phone of assembly”, which did not occur. That it was no problem they could come and put the legs for $50 dollars. So $120 for delivery of a box… I am not happy. It says on the website fully assembled furniture…. I disagree. Be aware and make sure you ask … otherwise I would have gone to ikea. Will not be returning, thank you.

Amazing Customer Service today from Jilly and the Team! Great Products in store for every occasion. Jilly took the time to help and assist me on what I needed so my small space would look fantastic and inviting. Will definitely return for my next project !
