What a great guy Anthony is! He really HELPS his customers (gave me details of another contact when he was unable to help with my complex request)!..sadly, a rare trait these days

If I could give no star I would! Terrible experience. Took my garage remote in only to come back to them saying they couldn’t do it because they said there was water damage unsure but it was rusted a bit but was in working condition before I took it in. Fair enough, when I asked him to just chuck the battery in as it was working completely normal this morning he was then mumbling saying stuff and which he said I hope it works or ill be wasting my time. He then checked it to see if it was working! And it did! Then he turned to me and said “are you going to pay for that?” I said excuse me? I paid the other worker that was working with you? He replied “well I didnt know that”? In a really rude tone. Ive never stolen anything in my life and its left me feeling quite shaken and embarrassed because there was another customer standing there.
