$600 for them to not even mop or wipe anything. The floors were dirty, the surfaces hadn’t been wiped, nothing was dusted, walls not cleaned. Really unprofessional service.This business is a scam, don’t use it.The worst service and the worst customer service I’ve received.

Definitely NOT using this company again. They completed the scheduled end-of-lease clean, however did not thoroughly clean the shower, floor tiles or basin. As my bond was not going to be refunded due to this, they returned to reclean it, however said the shower could not properly cleaned. They showed up at a time not scheduled and set the house alarm off. My partner had to return to the house to clean the shower himself with a bottle of White King, and did so successfully.I booked the end-of-lease clean with Oz Cleaning due to their 100% bond refund guarantee and to take the stress out of this. But honestly, their incompetence caused significantly more stress than what it was worth and I absolutely don't recommend booking with them.

I had clients pay $700 for cleaning and $180 for carpets and its is absolutely terrible. I asked them to go back and they did, but at $880 it is not acceptable at all. DO NOT PAY BEFORE YOU ARE HAPPY, Job still unsatisfactory and now not answering my call. A couple of photos attached.
