The mechanics really need to do their homework. When you stock Scott bikes learn how to build them. I had a frame swap over due to factory fault. Got bike back and rear pads fell out no split pin. Took it for a test ride and rear suspension is loose. It’s a carbon bike your lucky I don’t get another swap of crane and picked up on this within a couple hundred meters of riding.

Every time I visit, there's always friendly & helpful staff around. They may be busy quite a bit of the time with customers, but they will get to you. I always seem to get a little bit of a discount, without any pressure being applied. Good quality product, prices seem okay to me.

We needed help with shoe sizing and the staff member we asked was incredibly rude and reluctantly helped my partner and mother-in-law. When I walked over he changed his tune and was perfectly nice. Racist? Maybe... Maybe just rude. Would be nice if everyone was treated with respect.

Unfortunately back to a poor experience again. Returned with a persisting problem with the back wheel. Don't know if I was 100% right, by the time the mechanic finished with me, I felt 100% wrong! - I've left my last positive review - because, despite how I was treated today, we need to do everything to support LBS.Very helpful today. I've previously had bad experiences here, when the mechanic humiliated my wife on the purchase of a $3.5k bike as it 'wouldn't be something he'd ride' - and sent her home with crunching gears and incorrectly wired lights. So it was delightful to get a completely different experience today. Apparently some of the mechanics with a poor customer attitude have been asked to move on, so now we are feeling more confident about sending the e-bike back for its first service - I always like to support local, and it's great when the business is competent enough to be worthy of that support

My husband and I recently purchased 2 bikes and we were very pleased with the service. The staff helped pick the correct size bikes and we even had a 'test ride' in the loading dock out back. The staff serviced the bike before we left as well, and help load them safely in our ute for transport home.

I am so grateful for the way I was treated by Izzy (over the phone) and Nathan (in store) . Their customer service was excellent, non-judgemental of my age, injury or gender and Nathan provided me with advice that suites my needs rather than selling me something for the sake of a sale. If I was able (I have an injury), I would definitely have purchased my bike from here. I highly recommend My Ride as a great shop to purchase all your cycling needs.

I paid $800 for a bike there telling the lady we needed it within 9 days for my hubby's birthday. Lady said they would only need about 4 days to put the bike together. Went to have lunch across the road for an hour and suddenly she rang to say it was ready for pick up! Fantastic people to deal with and great service!Going back tomorrow to pick up a car bike rack I ordered over the phone, yay!

After calling about a flat tyre in my wheelchair the mechanic said that he couldn't possibly replace the tube in the rim after trying to explain to them that it is exactly the same if not easier than replacing a flat tube on a standard bike. I can't do this myself with my hands and they offered no assistance. First store to refuse service to a wheelchair user in my experience. Intersport opposite Kadinia Park got my business instead with a smile and 10 minutes work!

Now called My Bike. They offer a great range with super helpful staff. I'm delighted with my new e-bike! It was an easy purchase decision after the info was presented clearly and I was offered a no obligation test ride on site plus 2 free after sales services.

The service at the Geelong store was amazing.A special thank you to Baz for education me and pretty much custom building my bike to fit to perfection. His knowledge of mountain biking and his willingness to share this exceeded my expectations.10/10 for customer service. Thank you.
