I have nothing but praise for the service I received. The delivery arrived right when it was promised, assembled and the best part was all the boxes were taken away. Them 2 men delivering the dining set were helpful and made the whole experience great, compared to other furniture I had previously had delivered which was dumped inside my front door and I was then left to deal with it and all the packing etc. Thank you Shack.

We are very happy with our new marble side tables, they are good quality and stylish! Easy to order online and collected the next day - all very efficient!The person working at the warehouse where I collected the tables from was helpful and very nice to deal with. Highly recommend and will order from Shack again in the future.

Phenomenal customer support. The delivery team was excellent.I have just finished furnishing a new apartment, King Living failed to deliver when they said they would and their delivery was abysmal... cant explain how bad....Shack - perfect, product turned up exactly as expected. Delivery team brought it in, cleaned up. Placed and explained. Loved it all. Thank you.

The delivery team this morning was fantastic! They phoned when 30 minutes away and arrived on time at 8.15am. No hassle with bringing in the coffee table (which I am SO happy with) and positioned it perfectly for me. Big thank you to these 2 and also to Carmela at Shack when I was ordering the table. She made it a very easy and pleasant shopping experience. I would highly recommend Shack without hesitation!

Great products & serviceI’m very happy with my new SHACK furniture. I recently bought a chest of drawers, a bedside table and new dining table. I ordered everything online with ease and my furniture was delivered a week later. Not only are the products beautiful & good quality, but I was equally impressed by the delivery staff who put my furniture in the rooms I wanted, and assembled my dining table. They were very helpful and efficient. Customer service is equally as important as the product & I give SHACK 5 stars on both fronts.
