We had a new install of a bathroom where the toilet waste and floor waste put in the wrong place. After months of requesting they come out and atleast have a look at the job they never came and refused. Then threatened legal action if invoice wasnt paid. As a family business owner myself I would never ever do this to a paying customer.I would never use or recommend this company ever!!!!! Thank god for the QBCC!!!!!!!Not worth even half a star.

They sent two plumbers who spent all day digging two holes and then filled them in again and told me they could not find the leak. They charged me $1300+gst with no result. I had to get another plumber to fix the problem. Never again.

It doesnt matter how small or large the work required to be done is, these guys show up without a doubt on time and without fuss. From first contact your work is booked in and when it comes to crunch time they show up, the crew and equipment are well presented and when tradies take the opportunity to present themselves well you can generally guarantee they will take pride in their work. Plumbing Maintenance Services were contracted to clean and complete plumbing make safe on several of Councils properties post severe flooding in the region. Our offices were over knee deep in water and the team at NT Plumbing made a huge effort to travel remotely and get our properties back to a habitable and safe state where services could be open to the public again. The quality of work, attitude and approach by the team on the ground in Palumpa as well as the communication between head offices was above and beyond and I can't recommend their services enough.
