From my short time with them while transferring back to Mylestones Employment, APM Employment were helpful, understanding and patient with me and my situation. They had done everything they could to help me transfer back to Mylestones and I am grateful for their help.

They make it clear their position is not to help motivate you to find suitable employment but to get you off welfare any way possible. If that means bullying you into jobs you know you can't perform in they will do that. Incredibly poor attitude. Highly recommend transferring to another agency if you've been sent to these guys.

I dont want to give them any stars. I've been with them for over a year, including the time we spent in lockdown, and they have changed my consultant 5 times without telling me. So, when i needed to contact them I was always evidently contacting the wrong person and they only twice have referred me to the new correct one. I have been trying for the last 2 days to contact them, even with the office phone number in general, to reschedule my appointment but their message bank is full and no one has responded to any of my emails. I'm requesting a change in provider because they have not helped me at all, and I need them to know that I have a part-time job now because I found one, not them, ME. Their communication is horrendous and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. But then again, no job provider will ever be recommended because they're all as bad as each other. At least Tursa has a better google review rating than this place.EDIT: 5 months on and I didn't get to change providers. They still have no communication with me even though I am constantly texting and emailing because their phone line is always busy. I have had my payment put on hold AGAIN because I missed an appointment even though I gave them more than 24hours notice that I couldn't make it due to a job interview, the very thing that I am even with a provider for. I'm so over it. I'm so sick of applying for the same jobs every few months and not even getting an interview let alone a job. Fingers crossed my recent one works out so I can drop APM and centrelink completely, the carelessness and incompetence is astounding.

Friendly staff, but unfortunately they don't help with finding you jobs or courses. They chat with you at your designated appointment about jobs and all that, but they end up not doing what they plan.

Sign says SIT DOWN AND WAIT.20 people don't even look at you when you walk in.When you sit downNO ONE CAN EVEN SEE YOU SO NO ONE COMING TO ASSIST.20 to 30 min later (if you are lucky)Someone will come up and ask if anyone is looking after you. When you say NO.They say We need to get a receptionist"Who ever designed the office infrastructure is a Monkey.4th time in a row.I give all businesses a 5 Star rating because I hate 1 star karens. But as EVERYONE IN THIS OFFICE IS AWARE OF THE ABOVE

I saw all the low star reviews after swapping to them, but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt... I regret it.My initial appointment went fine, and seemed like they might be helpful. But I had a close contact covid incident in my household, so had to call them to change my third appointment to be over the phone, and that's when things abruptly nosedived. The absolute lack of communication is mind boggling; for that phonecall, I had to chase *them* when I heard absolutely nothing for half an hour after my appointment time. You know what I was told? That apparently the man who was working with me was sick *and* that the person who was supposed to call me in his place forgot". It's happening again with today's appointment too. Except I couldn't even get through to any staff this time. If it was peak hour I would understand. But 9:45 in the morning? I don't buy it. It really does seem like they're intentionally trying to set people up for failure...All round

I was re-assigned to APM after the 2022 Job Network reforms and they are substantially better than any other Network I have been with in the last 5 years. They actually want to get you a job and help you.

I wish I could give them NO stars for how I was just spoken to on the phone. No communication, conflicting information through texts to phone calls. Not even a ‘hello’ when the phone was first answered.Try not condescending people in vulnerable situations, provide information you should be trained in (which I am not, hence relying on information to be accessible from your agency) and answer your phones with a proper business greeting... you might get a better rating if you operate like an actual business, with some customer service skills.Absolutely disgusting.

STAY AWAY...from this place. People there are NOT fit to deal with Disability services. They are only driven with results and performance to get you off the list of unemployment and get their bonuses at any cost. Hostile and repressive environment & culture. They never ask about your current situation, condition, needs and the challenges you face, never showing any ounce of care, empathy or even cooperation, bullying you into doing what THEY want, treating you like an employee not as a client, using strategies like intimidation & penalties without warning and never seeking to understand your circumstances. They have no hesitation to put your payments on hold without warning, even if that means you will be late to pay your rent and therefore, in the current rental crisis, at risk of being kicked out as a result. I will be transferring ASAP.

The only decent case worker I encountered who had shown clients dignity, respect, practicality who had used good manners has resigned. Some of the other staff are incredibly rude & dealing with hostility doesn't help either outcome. Reasonable proof from past meetings & through centrelink, starting employment with new job I am required to remain on the system as requested by centrelink therefore still remain a client of an agency. I have no issue with that though when one won't jump through pointless & unnecessary hoops that are not a requirement from centerlink but from the attitude instead of the person on the phone at APM, is when I start to get annoyed.
