Erica Kilmurray has been an absolute delight to have as our property manager, She takes care of everything and is extremely open with communication and problem solving. We have had a few handyman jobs completed which were fully organised by Erica and always a very reasonable price. Could not recommend higher of her performance over the last six months.

Erica, has managed my property for coming up on two years now. Having been through many different organisations and property managers in my time I can confidently say that she is by far a cut above the rest in both her communication and the professional nature in which she conducts herself.With every past property manager I have requested my primary mode of communication to be via telephone. What would be a seemingly simple instruction has been failed to be met every time.
