Megabites Pizza

This has to be one of the worst customer experiences I have had. The food I got was off... you could tell the tomatoes and tabuli salad was completely heated from the hot scorching day with no cooling. I called the shop to tell them of my disappointing experience and and I didn't really get a sincere apology or any attempt to make amends on the service. Not going back again. This place used to be pretty good about 1.5 years ago

I have order pizza for my son he was really love it and he eat for 1 piece the taste was good but after awhile he eat and spit out. I have see it and the pizza dough was still not cooked but outside look burned and rubbery after that he did not eat at all. I really disappointed this time because when I order the pizza I always order from Megabit Pizza

This place is CAPRI’s pizza NOT Megabites pizza.I ordered a few pizzas yesterday for SIX people.SIX people didn’t like it. It was so thick and heavy. The base is extremely thick. We ended up throwing half of it out. It was such a waste of food and money.I wouldn’t recommend this pizza place to any other human or animal.If the owner of this shop is reading this, you’re going to loose your business very quickly if you make food like this.

The dude who has the glasses needs to seriously work on his customer service, rude af, never greets you and when you say thanks he just stares at you like you just insulted his mother, he also makes the worst kebabs and every time I have ordered the same kebab he has charged me a different price...In saying that, as long as you don’t get served by him the food is pretty decent as long as you don’t mind reheated kebab meat as I have seen them cutting it all at the end of the night and putting it in a container that I see them the following day serving from, one other thing I will have to say is their chilli sauce is nek level decent af and they only reason I still come here.Conclusion, teach the flop with glasses some basic communication skills or get rid of him.

I ordered through menu log from here as I have previously enjoyed their pizzas. This time the pizzas were sub standard with haphazard toppings and an overly doughy base (they are usually amazing) in addition my order was missing an item. To make matters worse the phone number provided to menulog is no longer in service so I am unable to rectify the issue. With a family to feed with fussy eaters who won’t touch the food that was delivered this isn’t acceptable.

Over cooked and super dry beef snackpack. Such a disgusting customer service. Will never go again

We had megabits special pizza. It was tasty and reasonable. Good option for halal seekers. Coming back again.

I ordered fresh Gozleme and veggie family pizza. The one came in the order was microwaved and the slice of lemon was expired with a a really bad taste. The gozleme was doughy and dry. Pizza was not good either. Bland, dry and tasteless. we only finished 3 slices and threw the rest in the bin. Horrible food. waste of money. I wish I had checked google reviews before ordering from this restaurant. never again. Menulog reviews must be fake.
