Mere hours before we were meant to leave Bunbury back to Perth, we discovered our car would not start up at all. Matt drove down to where we were staying and gave a quick assessment, where he informed us of the problem and what they could do to fix it. After checking if they were able to get the part that was needed, Russell drove all the way back to assess the situation after I accidentally gave a wrong contact number in my initial panic. Russell and Matt were extremely professional and we are so grateful that they helped us in one day so we were able to go back safely. Their service is impeccable and they were able to get the car fixed in a timely and secure manner. Thank you so much!

After having some terrible experiences with other mechanics, I'd all but given up on my beautiful little Jeep; but Matt and Russell were so helpful and friendly, I immediately felt at ease handing over the keys (and all my money) to fix a multitude of issues. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you guys so much for getting me back on the road!

Amazing service offered here. We've been having troubles with our jeep that couldn't be diagnosed by the jeep dealerships/ auto-electricians up here in Perth. When it finally sh*t itself, it took Matt all of a few minutes to find the issue and then order us a part and we had our car back. They helped us get back to Perth while we had to wait for the part.Could not be happier with the service here from Russell & Matt, thanks again

Great service from Matt and Russell when I was stranded away from Fremantle with a major breakdown. They hastened an assessment in their busy workshop so I could deal with the RAC and tow company. We were made very welcome to wait in comfort with a toddler in the office in what became a 4 hour wait.

Really disappointed with service. Booked in for full 48 month book service on Fiat motorhome. Basically only got std oil/ filter, fluid check. Only took 1 hour. Then found out oil used apparently does not comply with specification required by Fiat for our model motor, thus possible voiding warranty.UPDATEThanks for your reply Russell. No problem with attitude and respect towards me from office staff. Of course happy with price. However lack of and incorrect detail on invoice led to my comments. If all what you say was in fact done, why was it not itemised. When I come to sell the Motorhome shortly it is important to me that the service history should show what was actually done, not just an oil and filter change. Then Invoice says 5W 40 oil was used and when I queried it was told it was 5W 30 and Mobil 1. Then advised it was a different brand and ACEA A5/B5 which is not correct for the engine. An ACEA C2 is specified by Fiat (#9.55535 DS1) The C rated oils are specifically for motors with DPF's .Thanks for your offer to replace the oil however we made a special trip to Bunbury for you to do the 4 yr service (6 weeks early on recommendation) to ensure all was OK before our lap of Oz. We are now headed over the Nullarbor.Letting me know tyres need replacing was appreciated however advising a 115 load rated AT tyre which may be ok for a Ducato van but not adequate for a 4.5 t motorhome (should be 121).RegardsJohn
