The Team at SA Gate Automation were fantastic to deal with. Sarah coordinated everything and was excellent to deal with. The technicians were very good also and communicated well. Highly recommend and would use again.

Great customer service, Theo there service technician is an asset to their organisation. Had a new automated gate system installed and works perfectly. Much cheaper than other competitors price.Do not charge a service fee when paying by credit card while other competitors do. Great family business and prepared to listen to its customers.

With all the power failures we have here in Adelaide, there have been times that I have been locked out of my home as I have not been able to open the auto gate. However thanks to SA Gate Automation, they have installed a new motor with battery back up. Works really nice.The staff are also very helpful and thanks to Dave for a great job. If you are looking for a gate solution, I would recommend this company to everyone.

After our gates failed to open last week with our two vehicles trapped inside we received a fantastic response time from Sarah and Jason to get the gates open. We have just had a new gate system installed and it was completed within a few days of placing our order. The job needed some customisation and it was done to match the existing gate and the site and clean up was spotless. I would highly recommend this company.

Terrific attention & phone manner by the girl taking the initial call. THAT was the only positive. Sadly, it was ALL downhill from that point. The communication between their office, and their service staff is dismal, to say the very least. So too, it seems, communication is pretty lousy right through all their processes. Just getting someone to commit to a day & time was enough of a struggle. Then when the guy eventually rolls up, he immediately suggests completely ripping out my 5 year old swing gates, starting again, and putting in a slide gate. (Which really wouldn't have fitted, plus we are on uneven ground.) I foolishly, actually considered this, and told them to send me a quote for that then. .... Waiting, ... waiting, ... waiting. 11 days go by, and still no quote. When I contacted them again via email, I never received a reply. But got a voicemail message that day, and was told, Sorry. I forgot about you!" ... Great! .... All the while

Fantastic Service. If you are looking for gates or automation, look no further. These are the only guys in SA to talk to. They are busy because they are good. Worth the wait. Evan and his team have looked after many properties for me and I can't speak highly enough about the SA Gate team.

SOOOO disappointed. They seemed so nice, friendly, and great when we spoke with them to get a quote. Unfortunately, they don't seem interested in actually getting business. We said straight up that we're ready to go ahead and have the provide the automation for our gate, and would be happy to put down a deposit as soon as we got the quote.Over a week went by - no quote, no communication. Would not recommend them at all.Incredibly disappointing customer service. ☹️☹️☹️
