Their website straight up lies about shipping. It says 7-10 day arrival. They don't even begin shipping until after 7 days. I tried cancelling it with their support team who refused to acknowledge my request until it was shipped many days later. As per most other reviews don't worry with these guys, go shop with the main outlets. I'm sure it will only be a short time until they are out of business. Also most of the positive reviews here look fake to me...

Ordered a high bay light it turned up on time and the product is excellent so highly recommend and will be ordering another now for my shed now as I'm impressed with the 150W high bay light!
