I highly recommend Unique Bnb host, they have look after my property for 4years and Melinda has provided nothing but exceptional service. Melinda is very approachable and always willing to assist in any way she can. I also believe being a smaller company they can can give there properties the due care and attention they deserve compared to the bigger chains. If you looking for a host who can look after your property from set up to get ready to go into the bnb pool, check ins, cleaning and Melinda when will even organise any minor maintenance issues. Pretty much in summing up, having Unique Bnb host as your host is a very rewarding and enjoyable.

Melinda has been our host since 2019 when we purchased our property in Broadbeach. She helped us with the initial setup as a bnb rental and has looked after everything for us as we live in NSW. She has managed it wonderfully through the last two years and we are extremely happy with her. We just leave it all up to Melinda to arrange things (advertising, price changes, cleaning, vetting guests, super hosting) however she always consults prior to getting maintenance done

Mel was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful.The apartment was very clean and well stocked. Could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!
