If I could give Shanti and her team more stars, I would. For my mum's funeral they went above and beyond in making my father and I comfortable, heard and understood. Shanti has a beautiful calming and reassuring energy which puts you at ease immediately. It quickly becomes obvious that Shanti is extremely knowledgeable and efficient at her craft. Every step of the process Shanti helped us make decisions, and was there for me every step of the way, she is very quick at replying to emails! (which was good because I had a LOT of questions). My mother's funeral service and burial service was a perfect Memorial to her life, and Shanti made sure every single detail was exactly as we planned. The package prices are the most affordable in Adelaide and the service provided is second to none. This is the 4th time my family has used this company, and we will continue to be loyal clients. Thank you again, Shanti, Tim, Maddie, Michael and everyone else for making a beautiful tribute to Gillian.

Our Mum Yvonne was buried in April at Enfield Cemetery, with the service provided by Shanty Russell and her team. We found their ceremony, their help with planning and their care and consideration of us and our loved one and the extended family to be exemplary. We would also like to give a huge thank you and much praise to Shantys daughter, who is Sensible Funerals mortician. We were very nervous about having to do the identification pre-burial and decided to do this the day before. We were so happy and felt such heartfelt peace after seeing our Mum looking so beautiful and at peace after her last laboured days, it made us feel so relieved and happy that we could say our final goodbyes without any regrets.Thank you Shanty and all your wonderful team at Sensible Funerals, we could not have asked for a lovelier farewell for our Mum and we will certainly be using your services again, and we highly recommend your services to others.

My mother's funeral was graveside today, 30th May. Sensible is the best place for the simple reason that my wife and I were treated very well from the start and the pricing was also very good. Shanti and Tim were lovely as Shanti officiated the service and Tim drove the hearse. All respectfully and professionally. One of the things that set this place apart for me was the office dog, Millie. She came in to the office to be comfort when the tone of voice showed obvious need. Perfection.
