Meat from this place is average - sausages are horribly salty.Stopped going here because the butcher kept giving my children lollipops when I wasn’t looking and without asking me. One day he gave one to my son who was 8 months old- and when I said no thanks he told my son he “tried to sneak that past mummy but it didn’t work.” Very rude.

Friendly knowledgeable no nonsense advice. Luke knows his stuff. Told him what we were hoping to achieve and he nailed it. Two fantastic joints of meat prepped and loaded onto the spit for us. Picked up day before party. Clear instructions on how to store the spit overnight and how to cook. The meat was delicious - we chose the beef and the pork. Sooo good. Plenty of left overs too. Much better value that any of the quotes we were given from other recommendations. We will definitely use again.

Purchased some scotch fillet, pork loin chops and chicken and sweet corn snags on friday afternoon for weekend. We BBQ the steak saturday night it was mouth watering tender no gristle or huge amounts of fat. Just juicy tender meat.The pork we BBQ monday night and that was also very tender juicy and delicious.I have purchased meat here before and we loved the flavour. I will be going back to purchase more. Staff very good and knowledgeable about the meat.

Excellent butcher, with fabulous slow cooked lamb shoulders (perfect for a dinner party)! My family loves the gorgeous butterfly chicken - fool proof with instructions too... And you can always call to ask how to cook something!My brother from Singapore always buys his meat here, they portion it for him and Cryovac too!The butchers are super friendly and do love to have a giggle with the children, they always ask if they can give the kids a lolly!

Been coming here for a while and I've found all the meat to be excellent. The quality of the free range chicken is head and shoulders above what you get in big chains and skewers, and schnitzel s are family favourite. The butchers here also really know their stuff and will happily tell you about their products, how they are raised and sourced. I will definitely return.

When is comes to food, you shouldn't cut corners, so it's brilliant to have a fantastic butcher with high quality produce just around the corner. Phillip and Luke are a rare and we are truly blessed to have them in our community, keep up the good work boys. We will continue to source our meat from the Castle Cove butcher for as long as you are in business.

I shopped here a few times on behalf of my Grandma. The customer service seemed very good, although Grandma did complain that they didn't slice up one of her meat cuts as thinly as she wanted. I'm a vegan, so I can't say that I loved it.

Best quality meat! Chicken is amazing, slow cook pork and lamb are both devine (and fool-proof, with excellent preparation so all you need to do is put in the oven)! Sausages are beautiful also. I would never buy my meat anywhere else.

The boys are always helpful if you need help. Their slow cooked lamb Santorini pack is the best. Slow cooked for 5 hours in the oven you have the most delicious lamb meat that melts in your mouth. Also their Christmas hams are fantastic. Please make sure your order beforehand. The bacon comes from organic farm and are top quality.
