The front desk officers were amazing! They managed to help me out to get the student ID right away. Their admin skill is not just limited to some task, I was so impressed they do technical stuffs too. Thanks to Ash and the team! Legend!

I have a fantastic experience with this Institute. The instructors are competent and they are very supportive with the student and provided us with a very good learning environment.

This is clearly the worst kind of scam college, designed to do nothing more than vacuum money out of the pockets of the naive and vulnerable who are only enrolled to maintain student visas.Somehow, the operators of this TAFE have scoured the fringes of society for only the laziest, least competent instructors - Instructors who are supposedly training students to become chefs, yet the only time they make themselves available to the students is at 12pm - when chefs are at their busiest.Having employed several chefs who were “educated” by these people, I am stunned at the basic cooking knowledge that they have not been taught.Avoid at all cost.

Not even worth a cent. Don't bother enrol in this TAFE. They just want your money. They don't focus on student performance. If you enrol in cookery, they will ask you to cook altogether, you don't get any individual experience to learn. They have very limited amount of ingredients as well so if they are out of ingredients, you all need to divide the ingredients until it's not even balance with the recipe. The school has been horrible since hold by their new CEO. For any international student who wants to study here, please think twice. They will just give you difficulty throughout your study and if you decide to move to another TAFE, they won't (read : WON'T) give you your statement of attainment unless you PAID all your complete fees until finish. Their receptionists are even lazy. Your trainers are too. They will demand you to come early at 8:30am as the schedule they make (or 9:00 since this pandemic), but the school not even open until 30 minutes - 1 hour later! The receptionist named Emily Pearce is the worst. Doesn't have a smile nor good attitude. Your assessments won't even get assessed by your trainers for weeks! And if you ask they will say once someone in your class not submit their assessment then your assessment won't be mark as well"
