Dance on Newy’s Cuban salsa classes are some of the best I’ve been to. Fantastic teachers, and a really welcoming and fun environment, whether you’re an experienced dancer or new to it. I also love the extra bit of musicality we learn in their classes. For example, in about 7 years of doing Cuban salsa classes (including in Cuba) I had never learnt Son before Luisa’s classes. I love that she adds it all in as it makes the experience really holistic. Rueda is my favourite style, so I particularly love that we get to dance lots of ruedas :)

Amazing latin dance school and community! Luisa is very passionate about teaching and has an easy, down to earth approach breaking down the steps but still making sure you feel the music and don't just learn the steps. If you are looking for a fun class that teaches you the proper latin techniques I highly recommend this school.

I remember coming in for my first Dance on Newy salsa class in March last year a little apprehensive, not knowing what to expect. Over the past year salsa has transformed my life, and has led to myself learning other Latin dances, such as bachata, tango, son cubano, merengue and milonga!! A transformative and richly rewarding experience! I would recommend Dance on Newy to anyone in the area looking for a kind, supportive and fun dance community. It's totally worth it!!

This is a fantastic place to learn Latin dancing. The teachers are great, they take you through the steps clearly and encourage you all the way. Excellent on all levels, from beginners to advanced. Always something new to learn in a fun and inclusive environment. Highly recommend.
