Extremely poor service. Nobody rang when they said that they would. Took too long for accessor to access, this was before the floods happened. Then when I cancelled my claim and paid for it myself because I couldn't wait any longer, it took over 4 weeks to return my excess that I had paid. I rang twice about this and was told someone would ring, but that has never happened. Quick to take money then you don't want to return what is not yours. I have been a loyal customer for a long time, but am seriously considering in these hard times to look elsewhere. This experience was very disappointing. My heart goes out to the flood victims that are insured with you. I hope they have a better experience
